Return and Exchange

Reverse Six practices return and exchange policy. At Reverse Six Online we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds and returns. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you and match the description we have provided to you.

This Returns Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our website.

THE RETURNS PROCESS
   Make sure all the requirements for refund/exchange are met.
Report your claim by contacting us.
We will conduct an evaluation.
If the claim is valid, a refund or replacement will be processed.

What is the returns process?
A Returns must be done within seven (7) calendar days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you. You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item in your package.

And the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  1. You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  2. Please include photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving the package.
  3. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened box/packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
  4. The product must not have been used, worn, altered or washed and has all original tags attached.
  • Under what conditions is/are the product(s) non-returnable:
  1. In the interests of hygiene: Clothing, apparel, footwear and accessories cannot be returned unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
  2. Sale Items, Special Orders, Pre-Orders and any item/product sold at a reduced/discounted price.
  3. Once Used: All products and items.
  4. Customised/made-to-order goods, pre-order items, special order items, cannot be refunded or exchanged. If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid. One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund.

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and Contact Us. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund depending on stock availability. Upon dispute, we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

 

Shipping
Please note that all extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (example: shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee. We will exchange items that has been returned to us within 7 days from the received date and subject to the availability of the stocks.

Customers are recommended to use a delivery service with a tracking system. Reverse Six will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during transit.

We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
